What's good about getting older??

Yes tell me whats good about getting older.
You just seem to be in pain all the time.  Whats
that about anyway.  Cant we grow old gracefully.
And the answer to that is no.
When a women gets older, her body seems to go south
you start to feel like your getting smaller.  Well that's what
my kids tell me as they grower taller each and every day.
I'm waiting for something good to happen to me so that i can
say its ok to get older, not that i can stop getting older.

Body Image

Last week i went shopping and tired on some clothes in the change room and notice how flabby my tummy as become. I'm happy to say i have lost a lot of weight but still have to flabby tummy.  So i saw this photo and thought it was so funny i would share.
Now tell me lady's if some days you don't feel like this woman.

And if you have any ideas to help me with my flabby tummy, without surgery would be great.  

Why i started this blog

I started this blog for a bit of a laugh.
I am in my mid 40's and started to know
changes in my body.

Like hair growing on my face and sweating all the time.
My doctor has said i'm in the very early stages of menopause.
I have read that menopause can last up to 10 years, not looking
forward  to it.

I'm finding I have to take more vitamins, because i  need more of this
and more of that.
